mms(multi movable system) otoha sakurano
From Sky Girls, an anime about in future era, some Girls using exoskeletons armors called Sonic Diver to fighthing WORMs(some sort of nanomachines that combining into one then turn into monsters), an OVA was made by Konami before turn into 26 anime episodes a year later, personally I never watch the OVA version and also not managed to finished the series,something interesting is Gradius’ Vic Viper also made appearance in the anime series not just cameo it also fight regularly.
as I remember Otoha is an usual anime’s dojo girl(sword master) with cheerful and rather foolish personality that sure fun to watch, her voice actress is Ayako Kawasumi (mostly know her for Saber from fate series) her sonic driver is named Reijin and her military rank is master sergeant
always want their figurines back then, but only now manage to get although only one
all the parts included not much differences with busou shiniki since both are mms just lack of weapon and armor
somehow Konami only make the figures without any of their sonic driver,Freeing made figures of her + Reijin but cost much more

*maybe for cute factor they adding tail on their suit, but those also function as cable to be attached to the Sonic Driver
I think those on head are for communications
also included alternate front hair
I got a little defect here her left hand a bit melt or maybe since this quite old it exposed with heat too long, not a big deal for me.
They gave 2 kind of holding hand single mold elastic and another have articulation
the only weapon included a katana
an advanced cellphone i think
since she using old mms body I tried with Schmetterling but can’t wear the outfit other than the skirt because of the back support
comparison with Renge (short type mms 3rd)

Mmmmm….. this one is not bad…. I like the white color scheme. Not much weapon but at least they give that katana and that cellphones or whatever device it is, I think it’s good enough with the hope that the price is not so expensive either.

It’s interesting but I don’t like the hips. The joints to the hips are clearly seen and they are very skinny. I’d prefer the old one with skirt. I wonder if the skirt can be interchangeable. That would make her looks cuter/prettier ;D

You remind me that I only reviewed 2 out of the 5 Sky Girls I own.. Schmetterling looks cute on Otoha’s body, but too bad you can’t use the rest of the gear with her.
