not what you might expect, if you think with the pod as the chamber where Vader took maintenance of his cyborg body, and seems the only place he can remove his helmet without getting hurt
this pod is a series of lego promotional stuff not just vader there are also ninjago and batman as I seen

I never really play with LEGO before as I remember,I just have small LEGO’s racing car from my childhood.
except you mean with their bionicle series I have 5-7 of them, they almost replace my SD gundam collection at that time hahahahahaha.
